o 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. — Set-up for Parade — K-Mart Parking Lot
o 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. — Parade Route 66 — K-Mart to Tucumcari Convention Center
o 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. — Route 66 Poker Run, begins at Trails West**
o 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. — Vendor booths open at Convention Center
o 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. — Rotary Car Show at Convention Center
o 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. — Teambuilders kids activities* at Convention Center
o 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. — Writer’s seminar at Convention Center
o 11:30 a.m. — Author’s signing at Convention Center
o 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. — Kiwanis Ranch Rodeo — Fairgrounds*
o 1:30 pm — Meet Marty Milner at Convention Center
o 2:30 p.m. — Championship tumbling pigeons at Convention Center
o 3:30 p.m. — Motorcycle and kids games at Trails West**
o 4 p.m. “Fire Hazard” Fire Act at baseball field

o 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. — Barbecue at the Quay County Fairgrounds* (BBQ fee included with rodeo ticket)
o Noon to 4 p.m. — vendor booths open at Convention Center
o Noon — Teambuilders kids activities* at Convention Center
o 12:30 to 1:30 Quick Draw (western band) at Convention Center
o 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. — Kiwanis Ranch Rodeo at Fairgrounds*
o 1 p.m. — Senior Olympics — Seniors vs. elected officials and staff at Convention Center

** Part of the United State Veterans Motorcycle Club, Badlands Chapter activities. Fee of $15 per couple or $10 per person for all these events.
