David Arellano died Feb. 23, 2005.
He was preceded in death by his father Bernabe Arellano in 1997.
Survivors include his mother Rose Arellano of Tucumcari; brother Patrick Arellano and sisters Roselee Arellano and Carolee Arellano.
Rosary will be at 7 p.m Sunday at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Tucumcari. Mass of the Resurrection will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Sat Anne’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the family plot of the Tucumcari Memorial Park Cemetery.
Clyde Melton Dickinson
Clyde Melton Dickinson died Feb. 25, 2005 in Nashville, Ten.
Dickinson was born on June 28, 1912 in Valley Mills, Texas. He graduated from high school in Clovis. The was the co-owner of Dickinson Motor Company in Tucumcari and the owner of Dickinson Implement Company in Tucumcari from 1948 to 1952. He was a Quay County Commissioner, chairmen of the Quay County Commission, an active member of Lion’s Club that served as president for two terms and Iong -term member of the Center Street Methodist Church in Tucumcari. Dickinson was also a member of the Board of Directors for the Arch Hurley Conservation district.
He is survived by his wife Ola Maude Dickinson; sister Joyce Jo Harlan; three children, Gene Dickinson, Johnny Dickinson an Dolores Dickinson Dennard eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Nashville at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Rev. Sandra Randleman will be officiating Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
A memorial service and celebration of the life of Don Kresge, 80, of Logan formerly of Melrose will be held Saturday March at 11 a.m. at the Church of Christ in Melrose.
Otho Rogers and Grady Bright will officiate, assisted by Harry Gipson and Stanley Newton.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Christian Children’s Home, 1356 NM 236, Portales, N.M. 88130.
Interment will be at the National Cemetery in Santa Fe, N.M. on March 7, 2005 at 11 a.m.

Henry Ernest “Mac” McMurphy
Henry Ernest “Mac” McMurphy, 88, died in the Laurel Hills Health Care on Feb. 24, 2005 following extended illness.
McMurphy was born on Aug. 27, 1916 in Alva, Okl. He was a member of the First Baptism Church in Tucumcari. He had worked for over 24 years at the Crescent Creamery in Tucumcari and had retired from auto repair maintenance.
He was preceded in death by his parents and by one sister and five brothers.
Survivors include, his wife Allene of Tucumcari; daughter Patricia Reynolds of Ruidoso; son Mitchell McMurphy (and wife Jan) of Rio Rancho; one brother Delbert McMurphy of Fairview Oklahoma, four grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and other relatives.
Services will be Monday afternoon at 2 p.m. in the First Baptist Church in Tucumcari. Burial will follow in the family plot at Tucumcari Memorial Park Cemetery.
Deborah Martinez, 52, died in Lovelace Medical Center in Albuquerque on Feb. 22, 2005, following an extended illness.
Martinez was born on June 30, 1952 in Albuquerque.
She was preceded in death by her parents Francisco and Donaciana E. Martinez and her sister Stella Baca.
Survivors include four brothers, Gilbert Trujillo, Frank Martinez Jr., Paul Martinez and Leroy Martinez, all of Albuquerque; and five sisters, Corrine Gutierrez, Lu Ellen Analla, Roberta Dougherty, Carmen Martinez and Marquite Martinez all of Albuquerque.
Rosary was planned for 7 p.m Friday at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Tucumcari. Mass of the resurrection was planned for 10 a.m on Saturday in St. Anne’s Catholic Church. Burial will be in the family plot of the Tucumcari Memorial Park Cemetery. Martinez’s brothers will serve as pall bearers.
