May 29 — The VFW Post and Auxiliary will be placing flags in Tucumcari Memorial Cemetery. Those wishing to help should arrive around 1 p.m. Those who know anyone who is missing a marker can come show the group. Post members and their Auxiliary members will meet at 7 a.m. at the park.
May 29 — Grady’s annual Memorial and Cemetery Dinner will begin at 11:30 a.m. at the Grady School. The class of 75 will be in charge of the program. Lunch will cost $7 for adults and high school students, $3 for grade school students and will be free for preschoolers.
May 30 — VFW Post will hold a Memorial Day Service at 11 a.m. Tucumcari Memorial Cemetery. Everyone is invited to attend.
