Saturday — Logan United Methodist Women are holding their annual holiday bazaar from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the fellowship hall of the church at the corner of Second and Armijo streets in Logan. There will be breakfast burritos, baked goods, crafts and lots of holiday items. Proceeds go to local and international missions, church and community needs.
Saturday — The Girl Scouts ask for old newspapers that are not sun bleached or have not been wet to be donated to their paper drive at Mesalands Community College Building C on 11th Street from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Tuesday — Two sessions of On the Road to Living Well with Diabetes Workshop explains five important tests and how to prevent complications from diabetes. Participants will receive results of four tests. Only persons with diabetes may attend and preregistration is required. She has accepted the position of City Clerk/Assistant Finance Director with the City of Tucumcari. The reception will take place in the Commissioners’ Room of the courthouse from 4 to 5 p.m.
