Tuesday — Board of Quay County Commissioners have rescheduled their Monday, Nov. 14, meeting for Tuesday, Nov. 15, in the Commissioners’ Chambers in the courthouse at 300 S. Third St. at 9 a.m.

Thursday — Rachel Hicklin, City Clerk for the City of Tucumcari, will be honored with a farewell reception following the 6 p.m. City Commission meeting, as she is retiring effective Nov. 21.
