Ongoing: The parents of the Tucumcari High School Class of 2006 meet the first Thursday of each month at Tucumcari Federal Savings and Loan at 5:30 p.m.
Ongoing: The Bookmobile will run in January and March but will not be making any stops in February, according to a release from Rural Bookmobile East. The service automating its collection and will have a database that includes all Bookmobile collections and the Books-by-mail, the release stated. Call 461-1206 for details.
Ongoing: Eastern Plains Head Start program is accepting applications for enrollment in Head Start, a child development program for children ages 3 to 4. Educational activities, medical and dental care, nutritious meals and snacks, family assistance and special services for children with disabilities are provided at no charge to families.
