Monday: Ranch chicken, vegetable pasta salad, beets, potluck roll and cherry cobbler.
Tuesday: Roast beef, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, whole wheat roll with margarine and white cake.
Wednesday: Green chili enchilada, Spanish rice, salad with dressing, crackers and peanut butter cookie.
Thursday: Baked pork chops, stuffing, California veggies, black eye peas, whole wheat roll and peaches
Friday: Round steak with mushroom gravy, cauliflower-pepper salad, tossed salad with dressing, potluck roll with margarine and strawberry shortcake.
