Joe H. Elevario, 58, died Thursday, March 2, 2006, in Albuquerque.
Mr. Elevario was born April 19, 1947, at Newkirk. He was a member of the St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Tucumcari. He was retired from the Union Pacific Railroad.
Mr. Elevario was preceded in death by a brother, Pat Elevario, and a sister, Sylvia Gonzalez.
Mr. Elevario is survived by his wife, Jennie Elevario of Tucumcari; two sons, Joe D. Elevario and Fabian Lee Elevario of Tucumcari; two grandchildren, Ashlee and Mollee Elevario of Tucumcari; two brothers, George (wife Virginia) Elevario of Albuquerque and Albert (Vera) Elevario of Santa Rosa; four sisters, Gloria (Patrick) Martinez of Santa Rosa, Esther Blea and Viola Ulibarri of Santa Rosa and Monica (Gerald) Urban of Pampa, Texas; his mother, Aurora Elevario of Santa Rosa and his parents-in-law, Joe and Elmira Martinez of Tucumcari.
Leo Padget officiated services. Burial followed in the Tucumcari Memorial Park Cemetery.
Ricky Blea, Christoper Elevario, Cecil Garcia, Josh Urban, Timothy Ulibarri, Manuel Martinez, David Gonzalez Dominque Rodriquez, Angela Ysco and Jennifer DeBord served as pallbearers.
Phillip Sisneros, Bob Martinez, Kenneth Wilkerson, Joe Chris Sandoval, Tommy C de Baca, Sonny Austin, Delfinia Garcia, Willie Cruz and Union Pacfic Rail Road Family served as honorary pallbearers.
Arrangements were by Dunn Funeral Home of Tucumcari.
Services: 1 p.m. Thursday at Bellevue Baptist Church in Norman, Okla.
James W. Reaves, age 72, died in his home on Monday, March 6, 2006, at his home in Oklahoma City.
Mr. Reaves is survived by his wife, Carolyn “Sue” Reaves; a son, James K. (and wife Rhoda) Reaves; a daughter, Janice A. (Tony) Davis; four grandchildren, Gwen Nicole Reaves, Kristopher G. Davis, Terra L. Lawhon, and Kelsey M. Davis and five great-grandchildren, Cassie (Terra) Joy-Davis, Nevin (Kristopher) Davis, Maegan (Gwen) Bryant, Ashlynn (Kristopher) Davis, and Landon (Terra) Lawhon.
Phil Davis and Chris Carter will officiate services. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery.
