Wednesdays ongoing: Story Time for children ages 2 1/2 to 5 at the Tucumcari Public Library, with registration ongoing. Three sessions will be held on Wednesdays through April 5. Call 461-0295 for information.

Wednesdays ongoing: Vintage Quilting Society meets 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Senior Citizen’s Building on Third Street. There is no cost and is open to anybody who wants to learn about and make a Crazy Quilt. For information, call 461-6186 461-2342.

Thursdays ongoing: Narcotics Anonymous Roadrunner Group meetings from noon to 1 p.m. at St. Anne’s Church, 306 W. High St., in the Madonna room.

Fridays ongoing: Thank God It’s Friday (TGIF) is provided for students K-fifth grade on Fridays when there is no school in Tucumcari or no scheduled holiday. Register upon arrival at First Christian Church, 1701 S. Fourth St., from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Call 461-2723 for information.

Ongoing: The office of the Quay County ASAP Coalition at 109 E. Main St. will be open for high school and middle school students to use computers and do homework. Hours are 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday except for holidays. For information, call 461-4922.

Ongoing: Eastern Plains Head Start program is accepting applications for enrollment in Head Start, a child development program for children ages 3 to 4. Educational activities, medical and dental care, nutritious meals and snacks, family assistance and special services for children with disabilities are provided at no charge to families.
