Wednesday: Frito pie, lettuce/tomato, pinto beans, peanut butter cookie, milk.
Thursday: Green chile chicken enchiladas, tossed salad, Spanish rice, baked apple slices, crackers, milk.
Friday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatos/gravy, buttered peas, biscuit/margarine, peach cobbler, milk.
