Hunting for licenses on Internet postponed to Thursday

Hunters hunt for licenses crashes Internet site

A proposed sale of hunting licenses on the Internet was canceled by the The New Mexico Department of Game and Fish, according to a statement released Tuesday.

Applicants are asked to check the department Web site on Aug. 17 for further information regarding the revised schedule for availability.

The Department of Game and Fish Web site is Hunters can call 476-8000 for information, but applications only will be accepted online.
