Henry B. Blair
Services: 2 p.m. on Saturday at the First Baptist Church in Tucumcari.
Henry B. Blair, 73, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2006 at the Baptist St. Anthony Hospital in Amarillo, Texas.
Mr. Blair was born May 4, 1933 in Hildon, Okla. He was a member of the
First Baptist Church in Tucumcari. He was retired from the Transcon Trucking
Co. and had been driving for the Bruhn Trucking for the past 14 years. He
served his country in the U.S. Army.
Surviving Mr. Blair are his wife, Linnie Mae Blair, of Tucumcari; his mother-in-law, Nadine Sonleiter of Altus, Okla.; his sons, Randy (Lila) Blair of Moore, Okla., and Dereck Blair of Victorville, Calif.; his daughters, Michelle (Brian) Holloway of Salt Lake City, Daphne (Leo) Marquez of Tucumcari and Twilla (Mike) Louder of Rowlett, Texas; his brother Keith (Neva) Blair of Amarillo, Texas; his brother-in-law, Rick (Marilyn) Sonleiter of Tulsa; his sister, DeRae (Don) Rousch of Hara, Okla.; his sister-in-law, Vicki (William) Buck of Vernon, Texas. Also surviving are 17 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Jimmie Blair, an infant brother and by his son, Keith Blair.
Officiating at the service will be David England and Bob Miller.
Pall bearers will be Ernie Bruhn, Wayne Cantrell, Charlie Mapes, Mark Daniel,
Jason Bruhn and Darrel Boulware.
Burial will be at the Tucumcari Memorial Park Cemetery.
