The following is a sample of calls received by the central dispatch office for Quay County, based at the Tucumcari Police Department, during the last few days. According to reports:

Tuesday
l At 2:51 p.m., an officer arrested one male subject for an outstanding municipal warrant for probation violation at a residence on South Monroe Street.
l At 5:53 p.m., a male reported vehicles racing on East Tucumcari Boulevard. An officer advised that the vehicles were located and the drivers were told to go home for the night.
l At 8:05 p.m., a male reported a suspicious vehicle parked behind a residence on Whitmore Street. An officer advised that the occupants of the vehicle were contacted and told to leave the area.

Wednesday
• At 2:45 p.m., an officer arrested one male subject at a motel on West Tucumcari Boulevard for violation of conditions of release.
• At 4:20 p.m., a male reported vandalism at a fuel station on West Tucumcari Boulevard. An officer advised that the windshield of the vehicle had been shot twice by a BB gun and the rear window had been shot once.
• At 4:45 p.m., a female reported vandalism at her residence on South First Street. An officer advised that the rear window of the vehicle had been shot out.
Thursday
• At 4:11 a.m., an alarm was reported at a restaurant on South First Street. An officer advised that the building was secure and all was OK.
• At 7:22 a.m., a female reported an unwanted subject at a fuel station on East Tucumcari Boulevard. An officer advised that the subject was intoxicated and was taken to his residence.
• At 8:49 a.m., an alarm was reported at a residence on South Ninth Street. An officer advised that the residence was secure and all was OK.
