Heath Wesley Parker, 27, of Lovington, N.M., died on Sunday, March 29, 2007, in a drowning accident in Eugene, Ore.
Mr. Parker, who was born in Clovis on March 25, 1980, had most recently lived in Juneau, Alaska.

Mr. Parker is survived by his parents, John and Connie Parker of Lovington, a sister, Valerie K. Key of Houston, and aunts, San (Sammy) Taylor, Lena Lee, and Billie Parker, and uncles, James (Susan) Parker and Eddie Parker, cousins, Michele (Jean) Taylor, Amy Parker, Karen-Marie Parker, Tobie and Hope Parker.

He is also survived by Grandpa John K. White of Hope, Ind., and several aunts, uncles and cousin in Indiana.

Mr. Parker was preceded in death by his grandparents, Hamilton and Louse Parker, Carolyn J. White and a brother in law, Scott Key.
The family had a farewell singing celebration at Nickel Creek Ranch in the Guadalupe Mountains, where Mr. Parker and his father went every year for a music festival.

Mr. Parker’s ashes were spread over the mountains on May 12, 2007.
