The following is a sample of calls received during the last few days by the central dispatch office for Quay County, based at the Tucumcari Police Department. According to reports:
l At 7:08 p.m., a male reported a burglary on West Hancock Street. An officer was told that medication had been stolen.
l At 8:02 p.m., a male reported a fight at a retail store on West Tucumcari Boulevard. One male subject was arrested.
l At 10:35 p.m., an officer conducted a routine traffic stop on South Rock Island Street. One male subject was arrested for DWI.
l At 8:45 a.m., female reported vandalism at a motel on East Route 66. An officer advised the front doors of a vehicle had been damaged.
l At 5:01 p.m., a male reported a stolen vehicle at a residence on Quay Road AR. An officer was told that the vehicle was missing when the male subject returned home from church.
l At 8:45 p.m. a female reported loud music from a vehicle on East Barnes Street. The officer located the vehicle and advised them to turn down the music.
• At 4:40 a.m., a female reported a gas skip of $45 at a fuel station on East Highway 54. An officer advised that the vehicle returned and paid for the gas.
• At 5 p.m., a female reported a domestic dispute on South Monroe. An officer advised that all was OK and that it was onl a verbal argument.
• At 9:14 p.m., a female reported vandalism at a residence on North Second Street. An officer was told that clothes had been bleached, a T.V. had been broken and there were several items was missing from the house.
