The following is a sample of calls received during the last few days by the central dispatch office for Quay County, based at the Tucumcari Police Department. According to reports:

Friday
l At 8:19 a.m., a female reported vandalism at the fairgrounds on West Route 66. An officer advised that there was graffiti on the south side of the rodeo pens.
l At 9:29 a.m., an officer served an outstanding warrant at the Magistrate Court on South Third Street. One male subject was arrested and taken to the Quay County Detention Center for failure to comply with probation.
l At 2:33 p.m., a female reported vandalism on South Fourth Street. An officer advised that there was a cracked windshield on a vehicle.
l At 7:19 p.m., an officer served a warrant at an apartment on South Seventh Street. One male subject was arrested for an outstanding warrant for aggravated battery.

Monday
l At 4:40 a.m., a female reported a theft at a motel on South First Street. An officer was told that eight gallons of gasoline has been siphoned
