The following is a sample of calls received during the last few days by the central dispatch office for Quay County, based at the Tucumcari Police Department.

Tuesday
l At 8:12 a.m., a female on East Laughlin Street reported an unwanted subject.
l At 8:24 a.m., a female on South Fifth Street reported a breaking and entering that had happened the night before.
l At 11:43 a.m., a female on South Fourth Street reported the theft of a ring valued at $800.00.
l At 2:38 p.m., a male from Logan called Tucumcari Police Department in reference to a shoplifter.
l At 5:13 p.m., a female on South Seventh Street reported a fight between 2 juveniles.
l At 8:48 p.m., an anonymous caller reported a possible domestic dispute on South First Street.
l At 9:38 p.m., an anonymous caller reported hearing shots fired on South Ninth Street.
l At 10:42 p.m., a female reported a possible drunk driver on South Third Street.

Wednesday
l At 3:42 p.m., an employee at a business on West Route 66 Boulevard reported vandalism to the building between 7a.m. and 3p.m.
l At 5:20 p.m., a female on South Saratoga reported an erratic driver.
l At 6:15 p.m., a female on South Fourth Street reported an unwanted subject.
l At 11:50 p.m., a female on South Second Street reported a possible prowler.

Thursday
l At 8:21 a.m., a male subject came into the Tucumcari Police Department to report some suspicious activity in the area of one of the banks.
l At 9:37 a.m., a male on East Tucumcari Boulevard reported that his windows had been broke out.
l At 2:02 p.m., Union Pacific Dispatch reported unwanted subjects in the area.
l At 5:16 p.m., an employee at a business on West Tucumcari Boulevard reported a shoplifter.
l At 11:09 p.m., an employee at a business on East Route 66 Boulevard reported that someone had just shot out a window.
