The following is a sample of calls received during the last few days by the central dispatch office for Quay County, based at the Tucumcari Police Department.
l At 12:41 a.m., an alarm company reported a glass break at a business on west Tucumcari Boulevard. After a check of the business, an officer advised no glass was found to be broken.
l At 9:54 a.m., a male reported a domestic violence incident on west Sunset Road. The caller said he did not know if any weapons were involved, but he could hear a male subject hitting a female subject.
l At 3:55 p.m., a female reported a group of juveniles in front of an apartment on west Hancock Avenue. The caller said the group was drinking and urinating in the street.
l At 8:13 p.m., a male reported that someone had stolen the rims and tires from a Chevy parked beside his house on south Fourth Street.
l At 8:34 p.m., an anonymous caller requested an officer to west Sunset Road in reference to someone throwing a rock at a window and running down the alley.
l At 8:53 p.m., a female reported that a rock had been thrown through a window at her residence on south Choctaw Street.
l At 8:34 p.m., a female requested an officer to the 540 Loop in Logan. The keys were locked in her car and the car was running.
l At 10:48 a.m., a male requested an officer to a residence on east Turner Avenue in reference to a dispute over a dog.
l At 6:04 p.m., a customer at a business on west Tucumcari Boulevard reported an intoxicated subject was trying to purchase alcohol. The caller was concerned that the subject might be driving. An officer advised contact was made with the subject who was going to a friends house to sleep.
l At 11:50 p.m., a male reported that on his return from Clovis, he found that his car parked on east Aber Avenue had been damaged.
l At 6:52 p.m., an employee of a business on south Highway 54 in Logan reported a gas skip to the Logan Police Department. A Logan Police officer advised that contact had been made and the vehicle was being escorted back to the business in reference to the gas skip.
l At 10:19 a.m., a male came to the Tucumcari Police Department to report vandalism or possibly a breaking and entering on south First Street.
l At 9:49 p.m., an apartment manager on west Tucumcari Boulevard reported someone living in an empty apartment.
