The top selling yearling at the Tucumcari Bull Test Sale was from the J-C Angus Ranch in Moriarty and was sold for $3,500, according to sale officials. Despite the downturn in the economy and the drought, 40 more bulls, a total of 122 were sold on Friday than at last year’s sale.
