Following is a sampling of calls recently received by the central dispatch office for Quay County, based at the Tucumcari Police Department.

Aug. 11

• At 12:22 a.m., a woman reported a suspicious person at a residence on East Main Street. An officer was told a man was seen walking around the back of the residence. The officer advised they made contact with him and advised him not to return to the residence.

• At 9:19 a.m., an arrest was made for an outstanding warrant at a residence on West Sunset Avenue.

• At 11:50 a.m., a man reported vandalism at a residence on North Second Street. An officer advised a window on the vehicle had been broken.

• At 7:10 p.m., a woman reported a theft at a residence on South First Street.

• At 7:57 p.m., a man reported a theft at a residence on South Second Street.

• At 11:30 p.m., a woman reported a possible prowler at a residence on South Jackson Street.

Aug. 12

• At 2:36 a.m., a man reported a possible prowler on East Main Street. An officer advised they patrolled the area and all was OK.

• At 6:41 a.m., a man reported vandalism at a residence on West Campbell Street. An officer advised that windows on a vehicle had been broken.

• At 7:04 a.m., a man reported an open door at a business on East Tucumcari Boulevard. An officer advised the open door was on a shed behind the business and all was OK.

• At 8:41 a.m., a woman reported a theft at a business on South First Street.

• At 11:03 a.m., a man reported a burglary at a residence on South Fourth Street.

• At 11:45 a.m., a woman reported vandalism of a vehicle at a business on East Tucumcari Boulevard.

• At 12:23 p.m., a woman reported vandalism at a residence on West Turner Avenue. An officer was told someone put mustard and bologna on a camper and eggs in the mailbox.

• At 7:51 p.m., a female walked in to the TPD on East Center Street and spoke with an officer in reference to a theft.

Thursday

• At 8:13 a.m., a man reported a theft at a residence on East Laughlin Avenue. An officer advised a stereo had been taken from a vehicle.

• At 3:59 p.m., an alarm was reported at a bank on South First Street. An officer advised that all was OK.

• At 8:50 p.m., a man reported shots fired on South Ninth Street. An officer patrolled the area and advised all was OK.

• At 10:54 p.m., a female reported a burglary at a business on South Monroe Street. An officer patrolled the area and advised the building was secure.

Friday

• At 1:25 p.m., a man reported an intoxicated subject on East Main Street. An officer advised the subject had left the area.

• At 1:44 p.m., a man reported a domestic dispute at a residence on West Tucumcari Boulevard. An officer advised that all was OK, it was a verbal argument only.

• At 4:58 p.m., a woman reported a disturbance at a business on 540 Loop. An officer was told that a man was standing in the parking lot yelling at customers.

• At 6:22 p.m., a female reported a domestic dispute at a residence on South Seventh Street.

Saturday

• At 1:51 a.m., a man reported an unwanted subject at a residence on East Aber Street.

• At 3:06 a.m., a woman reported a theft at a restaurant on West Tucumcari Boulevard. An officer was told three females left without paying for their food. The officer advised the subjects were located and restitution was made.

• At 10:23 a.m., a man reported a possible burglary at a residence on South Jackson Street. An officer checked the residence and advised that all was OK.

• At 9:04 p.m., a woman reported suspicious activity at a residence on South Jackson Street. An officer was told someone was throwing rocks at the residence.

• At 10:30 p.m., a man reported a domestic dispute at a residence on South Monroe Street.
