Barry’s DUI trial rescheduled

QCS Staff Pre-trial proceedings in the case against Mesalands Community College President Philip O. Barry were rescheduled again. Proceedings were set to begin Monday but were rescheduled for Feb. 3 in Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court in Albuquerque. The proceedings have been rescheduled three times.
