Police blotter — Feb. 16

The following is a sampling of calls recently received by the central dispatch office for Quay County, based at the Tucumcari Police Department.

Friday

• At 8:25 a.m., a woman reported a theft at a residence on the 600 block of East Rankin Avenue.

• At 12:13 p.m., a woman reported an assault at a residence on the 900 block of East Center Street.

• At 3:28 p.m., a man went into the PD on the 200 block of East Center Street to report harassment.

• At 7:47 p.m., an alarm was reported at a residence on the 2700 block of South Second Street. An officer advised all was OK.

• At 9:21 p.m., a man reported a theft from a residence on the 500 block of East Main Street.

Saturday

• At 1:18 a.m., a man reported a fight on the 600 block of East High Avenue.

• At 3:48 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on the corner of South Seventh Street and West Evans Avenue. A man was arrested and taken to the Quay County Detention Center.

• At 6:29 a.m., an alarm was reported at a retail store on the 2100 block of East Route 66. An officer advised all was OK.

Sunday

• At 4:40 p.m., a man reported burglary of a vehicle at a business on the 300 block of South Lake Street.

• At 11:49 p.m., a woman reported an erratic driver on the 3900 block South Mountain Road.

Monday

• At 12:25 a.m., a woman reported a prowler at a residence on the 1000 block of East Center Street. An officer advised they checked the area and all was OK.

• At 11:47 a.m., a woman reported threats at a residence on the 2000 block of South Fourth Street.

• At 1:44 p.m., a woman reported a suspicious vehicle on the 2500 block of South Adams Street.

• At 3 p.m., a woman reported an assault at a residence on the 1900 block of South Second Street.

• At 8 p.m., a man reported a suspicious man on the 500 block of East Apple Street.

• At 8:58 p.m., an alarm was reported at a restaurant on the 1900 block of East Route 66. An officer advised all was OK.

• At 11:53 p.m., an alarm was reported at a shop on the 200 block of West Railroad Avenue. An officer advised all was OK.
