Menus – Feb. 6

The following are the menus for the schools and the senior citizens center in Quay County for Feb. 7-13.


Thursday No School-Parent/Teacher conferences


Breakfast: Biscuit and sausage, fruit, milk.

Lunch: Spaghetti and meat sauce, garlic roll, green beans, spinach salad, ranch dressing, pears, milk Snack: Oatmeal raisin squares, juice.


Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, whole wheat toast, fruit, milk.

Lunch: Enchiladas, saltines, shredded romaine, diced tomatoes, salsa, pinto beans, grapes, milk Snack: Cheese, apples.


Breakfast: Breakfast bar, fruit, milk.

Lunch: Sloppy Joe, sweet potato nuggets, cauliflower, ranch dressing, apple, milk Snack: Vegetable sticks, crackers.



Breakfast: Cinnamon toast, cereal, muffins, juice, milk.

Lunch: Chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, whole wheat rolls, salad bar, peaches, milk.


Breakfast: Blueberry pancake, sausage on a stick, cereal, muffins, juice, milk. Lunch: Spaghetti, meat sauce, green beans, whole wheat roll, mixed fruit, salad bar, milk.


Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, sausage, whole wheat toast, cereal, muffins, juice, milk.

Lunch: Chicken enchiladas, corn, salad bar, mixed fruit, milk.

Wednesday Breakfast: Bagel, jelly, cereal, juice, milk.

Lunch: Beef stroganoff, broccoli, whole wheat roll, apricots, salad bar, milk.



Breakfast: Hot pockets, cereal, milk, juice.

Lunch: Oven fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, salad, corn, hot rolls, fruit, milk Snack: Goldfish crackers, milk

Lunch: Pizza, breadsticks, sauce, salad, carrots, fruit, milk Snack: Apple wedges, juice.

Wednesday Breakfast: Quesadillo, cereal, fruit, milk, juice.

Lunch: Fish sticks, chicken nuggets, fries, hot rolls, salad, pork and beans, fruit, milk Snack: Teddy grahams, milk.

Senior Citizens

Milk, coffee and tea served daily.


Hamburger, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, five bean salad, California vegetables, spice cake.

Friday Sausage, wild rice, steamed broccoli with margarine, whole wheat dinner roll, apple.

Monday Chicken strips, mashed potatoes, gravy, honey mustard sauce, asparagus, whole wheat roll, margarine, apricots.

Tuesday Baked ham, yams, broccoli, whole wheat bread, apple.

Wednesday Dill baked fish, corn and peppers, breadstick, margarine, pears, low fat yogurt.
