Baptist Church located at the corner of East Center Street and South Adams Street. A dance will be held from 8 p.m., to midnight at the Tucumcari

Convention Center.

Ashlee Bradley of Tucumcari won the Pioneer Days Rodeo Princess crown on

June 1 in Clovis. The competition consisted of horsemanship, personal interview, modeling, prepared speech presentation, and impromptu question. Ashlee took top placing in four of the five areas of the contest to win the crown.

The Pioneer Days PRCA Rodeo is a long standing tradition in Clovis it began

in 1970 and has continued to be a venue for some of the world’s top

professional cowboys and cowgirls

Ashlee is a sophomore at Tucumcari High School and competes in 4-H rodeo and shooting sports. She is a member of the National High School Rodeo

Association and has competed in New Mexico High School rodeos.
