Police blotter — July 3

The following is a sampling of calls received by the central dispatch office for Quay County, based at the Tucumcari Police Department:

 

Friday

• At 2:40 a.m., an alarm was reported at a business on the 500 block of South Lake Street. An officer advised all was OK.

• At 2:58 a.m., an alarm was reported at a residence on the 1000 block of East Aber Avenue. An officer advised all was OK.

• At 2:10 p.m., a woman reported a domestic dispute at a fuel station on the 2600 block of South First Street. An officer advised the dispute was resolved.

• At 2:16 p.m., a man reported a domestic dispute at a residence on the 1900 block of South Seventh Street. An officer advised it was only a verbal argument.

• At 8:36 p.m., a man reported harassment at the corner of South Grove Avenue and East U.S. Highway 54.

• At 9:53 p.m., a woman reported a prowler at a residence on the 1900 block of South Seventh Street. An officer advised all was OK.

• At 10:12 p.m., a man was arrested for a warrant on the 1000 block of South Fifth Street. The man was taken to the Quay County Detention Center.

• At 11:05 p.m., an officer advised of an open door on a building on the 100 block of East Railroad Avenue. An officer advised they checked the building.

• At 11:33 p.m., a woman reported harassment at a residence on the 2000 block of South Eighth Street.

• At 11:47 p.m., a woman reported threats at a residence on the 1900 block of South Fifth Street.

 

Saturday

• At 1:35 a.m., a woman reported an unwanted man at a residence on the 700 block of West Sunset Avenue.

• At 1:48 p.m., a man reported a burglary of a business on the 1300 block of West Route 66.

• At 9:43 p.m., a man reported a fight at a residence on the 400 block of South Eighth Street. An officer advised the two men left before their arrival.

• At 10:14 p.m., a woman reported a prowler on the 6300 block of Arapaho. An officer advised all was OK.

 

Sunday

• At 12:07 a.m., a woman reported a prowler on the 600 block of East Rankin Avenue. An officer advised all was OK.

• At 10:22 a.m., an alarm was reported at a residence on the 1500 block of South Monroe Street. An officer advised all was OK.

• At 3:13 p.m., a woman reported a burglary at a residence on the 400 block of East Aber Avenue.

• At 5:03 p.m., an alarm was reported at a business on the 200 block of West Aber Avenue. An officer advised all was OK.

• At 5:27 p.m., an alarm was reported at a business on the 500 block of South Adams Street. An officer advised all was OK.

• At 5:56 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on the corner of South Barry Street and East Route 66. A woman was arrested for a warrant and taken to QCDC.
