Police blotter — Sept. 11

The following is a sampling of calls received by the central dispatch office for Quay County, based at the Tucumcari Police Department.

 

Friday

• At 10:54 a.m., a woman reported a burglary at a residence on the 1100 block of South Second Street.

• At 2:16 p.m., a man reported harassment at a residence on the 2100 block of South Tenth Street.

• At 7:05 p.m., a woman reported drug paraphernalia on the 600 block of South Sixth Street. An officer advised a needle was removed from the area.

• At 9:47 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on the corner of South Fifth Street and School Extension Street. A man was arrested on an outstanding warrant and taken to the Quay County Detention Center.

• At 9:57 p.m., a woman reported a domestic dispute at a hotel on the 300 block of East U.S. 54. An officer advised all was OK and it was a verbal argument.

• At 10:32 p.m., a man reported a domestic dispute at a retail store on the 200 block of West Route 66.

 

Saturday

• At 12:50 a.m., a man reported a burglary at a lounge on the 1300 block of West Route 66. A man was arrested and taken to QCDC.

• At 4:37 a.m., a woman reported a domestic dispute at a residence on the 1000 block of South Second Street. An officer advised the parties were separated.

• At 12:07 p.m., a man was arrested for a warrant at a residence on the 1200 block of South Fourth Street. The man was taken to QCDC.

• At 1:04 p.m., a woman reported a burglary at a residence on the 800 block of West Hancock Avenue.

• At 1:13 p.m., a woman reported a domestic dispute at a residence on the 2600 block of South First Street. An officer advised that all was OK.

• At 1:58 p.m., a man reported a burglary at a residence on the 500 block of East High Avenue.

• At 3:56 p.m., a woman walked into the Police Department on the 200 block of East Center Street to report harassment.

• At 5:20 p.m., a man reported harassment at a residence on the 700 block of Easy Heman Avenue.

 

Sunday

• At 2:03 p.m., a woman reported a shoplifter at a retail store on the 200 block of West Route 66. An officer advised that a no trespassing order was issued to a woman who was told to stay off the property.

• At 3:36 p.m., a woman reported a domestic dispute at a residence on the 600 block of South Adams Street. A man was arrested and taken to QCDC.

• At 3:51 p.m., an alarm was reported at the convention center on the 1500 block of West Route 66. An officer advised all was OK.
