Police blotter — Sept. 18

The following is a sampling of calls received by the central dispatch office for Quay County, based at the Tucumcari Police Department.

 

Friday

• At 8:11 a.m., a man reported harassment at an office on the 600 block of South Sixth Street.

• At 10:24 a.m., an alarm was reported at a residence on the 400 block of West Barnes Avenue. An officer advised that all was OK.

• At 10:44 a.m., a woman walked into the Police Department on the 200 block of East Center Street to report a theft.

• At 11:04 a.m., a man was arrested for a warrant on the 900 block of South Monroe Street. The man was taken to the Quay County Detention Center.

• At 1:56 p.m., a man reported harassment at a residence on the 1300 block of South Fourth Street.

• At 4:49 p.m., a man was arrested for a warrant on the corner of South Adams Street and East Aber Avenue. The man was taken to QCDC.

• At 7 p.m., a man was arrested for a warrant on the 1900 block of South Mountain Road. The man was taken to QCDC.

 

Saturday

• At 11:17 a.m., a woman reported harassment at a residence on the 1000 block of South First Street.

• At 10:37 p.m., a man reported an erratic driver on the 1900 block of South Mountain Road. An officer advised the car left the area prior to their arrival.

• At 10:40 p.m., an alarm was reported at the recreation center on the 900 block of East Laughlin Avenue. An officer advised all was OK.

 

Sunday

• At 2:56 a.m., an officer advised of an garage open door at a residence on the 1700 block of South Sixth Street. The officer advised they made contact with the owner and all was OK.

• At 3:31 a.m., a man reported an open door at the Rattler Stadium on the 1100 block of South Seventh Street. An officer advised that all was OK and the door was secured.

• At 11:35 a.m., an alarm was reported at Mesalands Community College on the 900 block of South 10th Street. An officer advised they made contact with the college.

• At 11:50 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on the corner of South Fourth Street and West Laughlin Avenue. A woman was arrested and taken to QCDC.

• At 3:43 p.m., a man was arrested for a warrant on the 800 block of West Route 66. The man was taken to QCDC.

• At 4:24 p.m., a man went into the PD on the 200 block of East Center Street to report a theft.

• At 6:52 p.m., an alarm was reported at a building on the 200 block of West Aber Avenue. An officer advised all was OK.
