Police blotter — Oct. 16

The following is a sampling of calls received by the central dispatch office for Quay County, based at the Tucumcari Police Department.

Friday

At 8:28 a.m., a woman reported a suspicious man at a retail store on the 2100 block of East Route 66. An officer advised the man left the area prior to their arrival.

At 9:28 a.m., a man reported an open door at a business on the 600 block of East Route 66. An officer advised all was OK.

At 1:46 p.m., an alarm was reported at a fuel station on the 200 block of North U.S. Highway 54. An officer advised all was OK.

At 3:13 p.m., a woman reported a suspicious man on the 1100 block of South First Street. An officer advised they made contact with the man and all was OK.

At 4:55 p.m., an alarm was reported at the college on the 1000 block of South Eleventh Street. An officer advised all was OK.

At 5:30 p.m., a woman reported harassment at a residence on the 500 block of South Dawson Street.

At 6:16 p.m., an alarm was reported at a residence on the 6000 block of North Arapaho Street. An officer advised all was OK.

Saturday

At 2:06 p.m., a woman reported a dispute at a business on the 200 block of East Laughlin Avenue. An officer advised that both parties were separated.

At 5:30 p.m., a man was arrested for a warrant at the state park on the 200 block of Bell Ranch Road. The man was taken to the Quay County Detention Center.

At 5:37 p.m., an alarm was reported at the college on the 1000 block of South Eleventh Street. An officer advised that all was OK.

At 6:44 p.m., a man reported an unwanted man at a retail store on the 100 block of West Route 66. An officer advised the man was issued a no trespassing order and told to leave the property.

At 8:33 p.m., a woman reported a shoplifter at a retail store on the 100 block of West Route 66. An officer advised two no trespassing orders were issued.

Sunday

At 12:09 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on the corner of South Third Street and West Washington Avenue. A man was arrested for a warrant and was taken to QCDC.

At 10:27 a.m., a man walked into the Police Department on the 200 block of East Center Street to report harassment.

At 12:42 p.m., a man reported an unwanted man at a motel on the 800 block of West Route 66. An officer advised the man left prior to their arrival.

At 7:12 p.m., a man was arrested for a warrant on the 200 block of South First Street. The man was taken to QCDC.

At 9:33 p.m., a woman reported a domestic dispute at a residence on the 1700 block of South Seventh Street.
