Police blotter — Nov. 13

The following is a sampling of calls received by the central dispatch office for Quay County, based at the Tucumcari Police Department.

Monday

• At 3:02 p.m., a woman reported a domestic dispute at a residence on the 500 block of South Fourth Street.

• At 4:49 p.m., a man reported a theft at a residence on the 600 block of East Hines Avenue.

• At 5:22 p.m., a woman reported a domestic dispute at a residence on the 900 block of South Monroe Street. A man was arrested and taken to the Quay County Detention Center.

• At 11:55 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on the corner of South Second Street and West Crutcher Avenue. A man was arrested for a warrant and taken to QCDC.

 

Tuesday

• At 10:29 p.m., an alarm was reported at a residence on the 800 block of West Escuela Avenue. An officer advised all was OK.

• At 4:35 p.m., a man walked into the Police Department on the 200 block of East Center Street to report a dispute.

• At 7:09 p.m., a woman reported a theft at a residence on the 300 block of East Turner Avenue.

• At 10:35 p.m., a man reported a suspicious man at a business on the 2300 block of South First Street. An officer advised the man was waiting for the bus.

 

Wednesday

• At 2:17 p.m., a man reported suspicious woman at the corner of East Laughlin Avenue and South Dawson Street. A woman was arrested and taken to QCDC.

• At 4:20 p.m., a man reported a burglary at a business on the 1200 block of East Smith Avenue.

• At 8:06 p.m., a woman reported a shoplifter at a retail store on the 100 block of West Route 66.

 

Thursday

• At 8:08 a.m., an alarm was reported at a bank on the 300 block of South First Street. An officer reported all was OK.

• At 10:50 a.m., a man reported a burglary at a residence on the 2700 block of Tiffany Road.

 

Saturday

• At 12:28 a.m., a woman reported a suspicious man at a motel on the 400 block of East Route 66. An officer advised there was no one in the area.

• At 5:21 a.m., an alarm was reported at a restaurant on the 1200 block of East Route 66. An officer advised there was a broken window at the restaurant and two more broken windows at a business across the street.

• At 8:31 a.m., a man reported vandalism of a vehicle on the 400 block of South Sixth Street.

• At 12:45 p.m., an alarm was reported at a residence on the 2000 block of South Ninth Street.

• At 7:36 p.m., a woman reported a burglary at a residence on the 900 block of South Monroe Street.
