The Quay County Health Council is offering booths to exhibitors for the Quay County Community Wellness Fair.
The fair is 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 26 at the Tucumcari Convention Center and is expected to attract 600 visitors, said Alida Brown, coordinator of the health council.
“The purpose of the Fair is to provide our community with information on health issues of all types along with connection to local service providers,” Brown said.
Commercial enterprises that will be charged $25 for a booth, Brown said. Non-profit organizations or those providing a free health screening will be provided a booth at no cost.
Booth space size is 4-by-8 feet with one table per space requested, Brown said. Booths will be located in various areas of the Convention Center, including the big convention room, small meeting rooms, and the hallways.
Each exhibitor will be offered a 3-by-8 foot rectangular or circular table, Brown said. Exhibitors will be asked to indicate a table shape preference.
