Lets dance on 4th ...
Taylor Lopez recently celebrated her fourth birthday at Dunns Park with family and friends. Lopez, who was born on May 12 in Tucumcari, is the daughter of Amber Ousley and Dusty Lopez. Taylor loves to sing and dance. She is the granddaughter of Abby Ariasa and Carlos Lopez of Tucumcari, and the granddaughter of Michael Ousley and great-granddaughter of Mary Ousley.

Couple exchange vows ...
Sarah C. Orgass of Logan and Albert D. Hood, of San Jon,  were married on Thursday before the Justice of the Peace in Tucumcari. Hood graduated from basic training and AID Training on May 22, at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo. The couple were married one day before Hood was to be deployed to Korea for a year.  Hood  proposed to Orgass and was planning to wed when he returned from Korea. However, the couple decided to tie the knot in a small ceremony with family and friends. They were married before Judge Ray Hernandez with Richard Vasquez of Clovis as the best man and Louise Frazier of Logan as maid of honor. A future church wedding is planned. Orgass  is a 2008 graduate of Logan High School. She is the daughter of Howard and Maureen Orgass of Logan.  Hood is a 2007 graduate of San Jon High School. He is the son of Tammy Dudley of San Jon.
