Press release: Police report two robberies
Comments 0 | Recommend 0On Monday, January 11, 2010 between the hours of 5:52 pm and 6:03 pm, the Clovis Police Department was dispatched to the Sonic Restaurant on West 7th Street and Mitchell for the Robbery of a waitress outside the Sonic Restaurant of her money and about 11 minutes later to an attempted Robbery at Foxy’s Drive-in Restaurant at West 7th Street and Thornton.
A weapon was never seen by victims, but the threat of shooting people was made. None of the victims were injured in the Robbery or Attempted Robbery.
One suspect has been described as a young Hispanic male in his late teens to early 20’s in age and the other suspect was identified as an older Hispanic male possibly in his late 30’s in age.
If you see unknown or suspicious people loitering around your business after dark, please call the Clovis Police Department to report it.
