State Police arrested four suspects in connection with the murder of Ms. Shirley Pacheco. Ms. Pacheco was found dead at her residence on July 9, 2011, in Tucumcari, New Mexico.

Along with Murder, Mr. Randall Jones is also being charged with Aggravated Burglary, Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle, Tampering with Evidence and Conspiracy to Tamper with Evidence.

On July 10, Mr. Jones was identified by New Mexico State Police, Investigations Bureau Agents as a person of interest in this case. On July 12, Mr. Jones was located and booked into the Quay County Adult Detention Center on an unrelated probation violation bench warrant. Mr. Jones was served with an arrest warrant for the murder of Ms. Pacheco last Friday. (Attached to this release is a photograph of Randall Jones).

 The following suspects were also arrested as a result of this investigation:

 • Juanita Trujillo, 31, of Tucumcari, Conspiracy to Tamper with Evidence

 • Jennifer Urioste, 39, of Tucumcari, Conspiracy to Tamper with Evidence

 • Orlando Martinez, 21, of Tucumcari, Tampering with Evidence, Conspiracy to Tamper with Evidence

 All arrested were booked into the Quay County Adult Detention Center over the weekend.
