Tucumcari’s first 5K Fun Run/Walk will take place Oct. 2 beginning and ending at Damon Kvols Park on Hines Street.  Registration will begin at 6:30 a.m. at Kvols Park.  The Fun Run/Walk will begin at 7 a.m. sharp with participants following the marked course beginning west on Hines.  
To expedite the registration process, pick up a registration form at the Quay County Extension Office or download it from www.quayextension.nmsu.edu and have it completed before you arrive.  All participants under 18 years of age. must have a parent or guardian signature to participate.  An adult must accompany children under 12 years old throughout the event.
