Pre-trial proceedings in the case against Mesalands Community College President Philip O. Barry were rescheduled again.

Proceedings were set to begin Monday but were rescheduled for Feb. 3 in Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court in Albuquerque. The proceedings have been rescheduled three times.

Barry was arrested in October and charged with driving under the influence in Albuquerque.
