Four Quay County residents were arrested last weekend for felony distribution of marijuana.
Ricky Sena, 33, Johnny Diaz, 34, Manuel “Nelson” Ramirez, 19, and Andrew Martinez, 18, all of Logan, were arrested by Logan police, Chief Bob Gore said.
The arrests were the result of a four-month investigation by the Logan Police Department, Gore said.
“The department used an undercover informant along with other sources during the investigation,” Gore said.
Gore said 2.2 ounces of marijuana with a street value of $180 were seized during the investigation.
Sena and Diaz were arrested Friday at their homes in Logan, Gore said.
Sena is charged with one felony count of distribution of marijuana and is being held on a $5,000 bond.
Diaz is charged with one felony count of distribution of marijuana, one misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana under an ounce and one misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond is $6,500.
Ramirez and Martinez were arrested Saturday in Logan. Both are being charged with two felony counts of possession of marijuana and have bonds of $10,000.
All four men are being held in the Quay County Detention Center awaiting their arraignment, according to QCDC officials.
