Kudos to Tucumcari’s Science Bowl team Stephen Smith, captain, Donny Price, Wil Bason, Marissa Lees and alternate Eddie Hernandez.
The team went undefeated in the morning rounds at the New Mexico Science Bowl at the Albuquerque Math and Science Academy last weekend.
They beat Santa Fe,   El Dorado, Taos, Clovis Christian and Hobbs high schools.

The team was eventually eliminated in double elimination by Albuquerque Math and Science Academy and Los Alamos High School.

Team members are Donny Price, Stephen Smith, Wil Bason, Marissa Lees, Eddie Hernandez,Corrine Lauriault, Lacy Kimbrell, Max Holman, Matt Holman, TysonBeal, Larissa Apodaca, Kayla Wasmonski, Sarah Enriquez, Lizzie Smith, Becca Smith, Samantha Brake, Torie Gries and Dustan Hight.
