The following is a sample of calls received during the last few days by the central dispatch office for Quay County, based at the Tucumcari Police Department

Friday
• At 2:08 p.m., a female came to the Tucumcari Police Department and reported that her ex-husband had been using her Social Security number.
• At 3:00 p.m., a male came to the Tucumcari Police Department and reported that someone had vandalized his property two days ago.
• At 9:55 p.m., an anonymous caller reported a subject on a blue crotch rocket was driving erratically on south Adams Street at a high rate of speed while standing on the seat of the cycle.
• At 10:31 p.m., an employee of a business on south First Street reported a fight and that a young male driver of a white Suburban had pulled a gun on a young male subject in a black Blazer in the drive through.

Saturday
•  At 10:04 a.m., a male reported that an unidentified driver had hit his car during the night on south Monroe Street.
•  At 11:26 a.m., a female reported that some unknown male subjects kept going by her house on south Fifth Street threatening her son with a firearm.
•  At 11:55 a.m., a female reported that she had been out of town for a week and had returned last night. This morning she had noticed that a window was broken out in her residence on south First Street.
• At 2:18 p.m., a male reported that he went out of town Friday morning and returned Saturday to find that his house on west Highlands Drive had been broken into.
• At 11:22 p.m., a female reported that a suspicious subject had been in her backyard on south Third Street. When she turned on the light, the subject jumped the fence and went south in the alley. An officer advised he would put the house on a special watch.

Sunday
• At 10:43 p.m., a male reported that he had been gone and when he came home, his house on south Eighth Street had been broken into and a couple of guns and a scooter were taken.
• At 3:23 p.m., a female reported to the Quay County Sheriff’s office that someone had hit her car on south Second Street and driven off.

Monday
•  At 9:37 p.m., a female requested an officer to her residence on west Sunset Road. Her ex-husband was threatening to go to her house and take her son from her. An officer on the scene advised if her ex-husband did show up, she was to call 911 and officers would immediately respond.
•  7:58 a.m., a male reported to the Harding County Sheriff’s office that there was an accident at a business on Highway 39.
•  At 6:14 p.m., a female requested that Quay County Sheriff’s Office deputy come to her house on Quay Road 64.9 in reference to a possible fight.
• At 2:11 p.m., several callers reported a grass fire in the construction area on the westbound side of Interstate 40 east of Tucumcari.
