The following is a sample of calls received during the last few days by the central dispatch office for Quay County, based at the Tucumcari Police Department.

Friday
l At 3:18 a.m., a female reported from Mountain Road that a trucker was threatening her.
l At 6:45 a.m., a male reported that that a  guest at a hotel on east Tucumcari Boulevard had some items stolen from his trailer. The officer advised that two dual-wheel tires from a tandem-axle trailer were taken sometime during the night.
l At 11:03 a.m., a female on north Second Street reported that a neighbor's cat was in a cat trap and should not be there.
l At 2 p.m., an officer advised that two 911 hang-up calls from a south Fifth Street residents were accidentally dialed while trying to dial another number.
l At 3:30 p.m., a female at a business on south First Street reported a drive-off of $21.01 towards town by two older ladies in a PT Cruiser.
l At 8:03 p.m., the Harding County Sheriff's Office and the Logan Fire Department reported that there was a accident with no injuries involving a cow that had been hit on Highway 39.
l At 7:35 p.m., a male reported to that someone had attempted to break into his house on Quay Road 63. The call was handled by the Quay County Sheriff's Office.

Saturday
l At 1:18 a.m., an anonymous caller reported a domestic dispute on west Route 66 in the parking lot.
l At 4:43 am., a female reported that her purse had been stolen.
l At 10:12 a.m., a female reported that her vehicle had been hit some time during the night. An officer advised that the driver's side door was hit sometime between 8 p.m. and 10:15 a.m.
l At 11:36 a.m., a Quay County Sheriff's office advised that there three horses and two donkeys were loose. The animals were put in a pen and the neighbor's will inform the owners when they return after the weekend.
l At 3:46 p.m., an anonymous caller reported that a subject was intoxicated and riding a bicycle headed south on Second Street.
l At 10 p.m., a caller reported that a blanket that was on display was stolen from west Tucumcari Boulevard.
l At 7:07 p.m., a male reported that two flatbed semis, driving together and erratically, almost pushed the caller off the road.

Sunday
l At 6:19 a.m., a male reported that the serpentine belt was stolen from his semi while it was parked at a business on Mountain Road. 
l At 12:38 p.m., a female reported that her purse had been stolen on Halloween night while she was at a restaurant on west Route 66.
l At 4:12 p.m., an anonymous caller reported that a puppy's mouth had been pierced shut on east Smith.
l At 8:50 p.m., a male requested that a boy's Huffy bicycle found at a business on West Route 66 be picked up by an officer.
l At 9:54 p.m, an anonymous caller reported that two people were having sex in a white car near apartments on west Sunset Ave. and advised that children are in the area and able to see what is happening.

     Monday
l At 8:57 a.m., a male on east Main Street  reported vandalism to a building.
l At 1:44 p.m., a female on east High Street reported smelling gas, the Tucumcari Fire Department responded.
l At 3:17 p.m., an anonymous caller on south Fifth Street reported damage to a home.
At 3:24 p.m., an anonymous caller reported a fight on south Second Street.
At 3:42 p.m., a female on south Fifth Street reported vandalism to a building.
