City pool ready to open Saturday

The Tucumcari City Pool will open from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, a city official said.
The pool will be open daily from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday for family nights, when children must be accompanied by a parent. Cost is $2 for children, $3 for adults.

Holiday closings

The following will be closed for the Memorial holiday:

l Saturday and Monday: Public Library, First National Bank, Everybody’s Federal Credit Union
l Monday closings: Tucumcari City and Quay County government offices.
