The following is a sample of calls received during the last few days by the central dispatch office for Quay County, based at the Tucumcari Police Department. According to reports:
At 2:50 a.m., a female on South Second Street called to speak to an officer in reference to her husband who came home intoxicated and he was being very verbal.
At 4:49 a.m., an officer on East Tucumcari Boulevard called requesting information on a stolen vehicle out of Omaha.
At 7:50 a.m., several callers reported damage to their mail boxes on Quay Road 64.
At 8:59 a.m., a male at a business on East Tucumcari Boulevard reported that reference to some items that were stolen out of his vehicle.
At 10:45 a.m., an anonymous caller requested an officer to a motel on East Tucumcari Boulevard in reference to a male subject who was possibly intoxicated and would not leave the premises.
At 7:21 p.m., an anonymous at a business on First Street and Tucumcari Boulevard reported a male subject laying on the floor.
At 10:40 p.m., a female requested an officer to Turner Avenue in reference to picking up a child from a family member.
At 10:58 p.m., an anonymous caller reported a male subject who was passed out in the area of Rock Island Street and McGee Avenue.
At 11:47p.m., an anonymous caller reported an erratic driver going East on Main Street from First Street.
At 12:40 a.m., an anonymous caller on reported loud music at a residence on South Sixth Street.
At 3:52 a.m., a male reported that he had been jumped by unknown subjects on South Seventh Street.
At 4:02 p.m., a male reported a possible domestic dispute on South First Street.
At 6:22 p.m., a female reported an unconscious male at Seventh Street and McGee Avenue.
At 7:37 p.m., a female reported that her daughter and boyfriend were getting jumped at the residence on East McGee Avenue.
At 7:56 p.m., a male reported a dispute between neighbors on East Laughlin Street.
At 8:27 p.m., a female on East Laughlin Sreet reported a neighbor was hitting her boyfriend with a hammer.
At 11:42 p.m., several callers reported a grass fire on Interstate 40 at the 359 mile marker between Bard and San Jon.
At 1:04 a.m., a male reported that a male subject had been hit by a vehicle on South First Street. Officers advised that he had not been hit by a vehicle, but had been beat up.
At 6:21 a.m., a search warrant was served at a residence on East Turner Avenue.
At 8:15 a.m., Logan Fire Department was notified by State Police that there was a grass fire on Highway 54 at mile marker 339 near Airport Road.
At 10:41 a.m, a female called to report that a person was out of control on South Second Street.
At 1:45 p.m., an anonymous caller reported the brakes of a semi were on fire on Interstate 40 at mile marker 361 between San Jon and Bard. The Bard-Endee Fire Department responded.
At 4:20 p.m. a male reported an erratic driver northbound on South First Street.
At 7:40 p.m., an anonymous caller reported juveniles attempting to break into an abandoned house on South Jackson Street.
At 7:54 p.m., a female called from a business on East Tucumcari Boulevard to report that two juveniles had taken two bottles of liquor.
