The annual state meeting of the New Mexico Garden Clubs will be held on Thursday at the Quality Inn, formerly the Holiday Inn, at Tucumcari. Sally Warner of Los Alamos will preside at the meeting of 27 garden clubs from around the state. Meeting events include a Thursday banquet (6 p.m.), a Friday luncheon with birding teacher Bill West and an optional bird sanctuary tour Saturday.
