Services: 2 p.m., Tuesday at the Clinkingbread Funderal Home in Ava, Mo. Hazel Gaddis, 91, died Thursday, Feb. 15, 2007, in Ava. She was a retired hospital cook from Tucumcari. Tom Maples will officate at services in Ava. Doug Cox will officiate at graveside services conducted by Romero Family Funeral Home of Pueblo, Colo.
