Nellie Angel Services: 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Tucumcari. Nellie E. Angel, 85, died Monday, April 3, 2006, in Albuquerque. Mrs. Angel was born July 25, 1920, in Newkirk. She was an active member of St. Anne’s Catholic Church and was a member of the Christian Mothers of St. Anne’s. Mrs. Angel is survived by three sons, Richard (Susie) Encinias of Albuquerque, Edward (Brenda) Encinias of Tucumcari and Martin Encinias-Angel of Tucumcari; a sister, Lupe Mosko of Belen; a sister-in-law, Linda Encinias of Belen; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and a special friend, Cirilo Baros of Santa Rosa. Rosary will be recited 7 p.m. today at St. Anne’s Catholic Church. Leo Padget will officiate services. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tucumcari. Arrangements are by Dunn Funeral Home of Tucumcari. Paul Bailey Services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tucumcari. Paul Bailey, 86, died Monday, April 3, 2006, in Clovis. Mr. Bailey was born Nov. 11, 1919, in Kansas City, Mo. He was a veteran of World War II serving with the U.S. Army in the Asiatic Pacific Theater. He was a member of the Center Street United Methodist Church in Tucumcari. Mr. Bailey is survived by two stepchildren, John (wife Alice) Byron of Cassville, Mo., and Judy Johnston of Highland, Calif., and numerous nieces, including Mable (and husband Norman) Smith of Tucumcari. Arrangements are by Dunn Funeral Home of Tucumcari. Roland Quintana Services: Have been held. Roland Quintana, 52, died Thursday, March 30, 2006, in Tucumcari. Mr. Quintana was born June 8, 1953, in Tucumcari. He attended the Tucumcari school system and was a member of the St. Anne’s Catholic Church. Mr. Quintana was preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Quintana is survived by a son, Roland Sanchez of Albuquerque; six brothers, Tony, Jose, David, Benjamin, Johnny and Raymond Quintana and six sisters, Eloysa, Rosie, Gina, Stella, Viola and Angela. Leo Padget officiated services. Burial followed at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tucumcari. Arrangements were by Dunn Funeral Home of Tucumcari. Michael Kinsall Services: Have been held. Michael Lee Kinsall, 49, of O’Fallon, Ill., died Sunday, April 2, 2006, at his home. Mr. Kinsall was born Sept. 30, 1956, in Carmi, Ill., to Charles and Margaret Kinsall. Mr. Kinsall served 19 years as principal in three school districts — Tucumcari, Roswell and the last 12 years at Estelle Kampmeyer School in O’Fallon, Ill. Mr. Kinsall was a member of First Baptist Church in Fairview Heights, Ill., serving as Sunday school teacher and a member of the praise band. He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his wife, Patti nee Bailey Kinsall of O'Fallon, Ill.; a daughter, Kari (Justin) Stephens of Belleville, Ill.; two sons, Kevin and Kyle Kinsall of O'Fallon; two sisters, Janet (Russell) Houck of Irving, Texas, and Beth (Jon) Hernandez of Wichita Falls, Texas; his mother, Margaret nee Greer Kinsall (Ed) Killman of Marion, Ill.; a father-in-Law: Clarence Bailey of Salem, Ill.; a brother-in-law, Larry Bailey of Houston; three nieces, Jodi Bailey, Megan Bailey and Haley Hernandez, and two nephews, Samuel and Dylan Houck. Memorials may be made to EK PTO Mike Kinsall Memorial Bell Tower Fund or Shriners Hospital for Children. Phil Newcom officiated services. Burial followed at College Hill Cemetery in Lebanon, Ill. Arrangements were by Kurrus Funeral Home of Belleville.
