Oct. 27 — The Housing Authority meets at City Hall at 5 p.m. Oct. 27 — City Commission meets at City Hall at 6 p.m. Oct. 30 — Ollabelle Concert of contemporary rural American gospel, blues, bluegrass and country music at Tucumcari High School Auditorium begins at 3 p.m. The event is sponsored by Quay Council for Arts and Humanities and Dr. Dan C. Ongoing — The American Cancer Society needs volunteers to develop and implement Relay For Life in Quay County. The fund-raiser involves all members of the community, including those who have been touched by cancer and those who want to make a difference in the battle against cancer.
