Since South First Street construction is now switching to the southbound lanes, a number of residents on South First south of Route 66 will have their mail delivery affected. To facilitate matters, Postmaster Rob Roark said they are installing a Neighborhood Delivery and Collection box for customers’ convenience. The box, which was installed Friday, is located at the intersection of Hines and South First Street, adjacent to the Trinity Baptist Church.
