Calendar/7 Today — Rural Area Development (RAD) Water Users Cooperative will hold a regular meeting at the Norton Fire Station, one mile south on Norton Road at 6:30 p.m. Today — Altrusa will hold its program meeting at Bambinos Restaurant at noon; meeting will include yearbook distribution. Wednesdays and Fridays ongoing — “La Voz” Hispanic radio program airs on KTNM 1400 AM radio on Wednesdays and Fridays from 7 to 10 p.m. Thursday — The San Jon Board of Education will hold a special meeting to discuss construction issues at 2 p.m. in the conference room. No action will be taken. Thursday — The Tucumcari Class of 2008 Parent Committee will meet at the Mesalands Community College lobby at 5:30 p.m. Interested parents are encouraged to attend. Thursday — Tucumcari City Commission will celebrate the 89th birthday of Tucumcari City Commissioner Bettie Ditto directly following their 6 p.m. meeting. Thursday — The Lawyer Referral for the Elderly Program (LREP) is offering a free legal workshop at the Pioneer Senior Center, 523 S.
