The following is a sampling of calls received recently by Tucumcari police. According to the reports: Wednesday l At 3:57 a.m., a security company called to report suspicious noises at a car dealership. l At 8:54 a.m., a male reported vandalism to a vehicle on East McGee. Police found the driver’s-side window was broken; were advised it was a burglary. l At 1:27 p.m., a female reported vandalism on East Tucumcari Boulevard. Police arrived to find damage done to a building and went on a special watch of the facility. l At 3:18 p.m., a female called to report a vandalism on South Adams. Police arrived to find the windshield broken out of a non-running vehicle. l At 3:40 p.m., a male was arrested for driving on a suspended license. l At 4:13 p.m., a female called to report an overdose on East Turner. Police arrived and subject was transported to a medical facility. l At 5:07 p.m., an alarm company notified police of alert on West Center; police arrived to find employee had set off the alarm. l At 5:07 p.m., the adult probation office picked up a male who was arrested. l At 8:18 p.m., the adult probation office picked up a male who was arrested. l At 8:53 p.m., an unwanted subject was reported at a fast-food restaurant. Police arrived and did not find the person in question, but put on a special watch until the establishment’s closing at 10 p.m. l At 10:57 p.m., an officer noted a car stopped on Laughlin that appeared dangerous. Driver was arrested for DWI, no insurance and not having a license. Thursday l At 1:47 a.m., an unknown male reported an unwanted subject in a medical facility. The subject was intoxicated and therefore arrested. l At 2:01 a.m., an unknown female reported a suspicious subject in a motel parking lot. Police spoke with the suspect and advised the person move along.
