The Tucumcari/Quay County Chamber of Commerce board of directors has a new vacancy. Anyone interested in being on the chamber board, contact a board member or call 461-1694. n n n The ACI Issues Round Table is scheduled for noon on Aug. 16 at the Holiday Inn. A representative from the Association of Commerce and Industry will be on hand to hear concerns and issues from the public for legislators to address during the next session. Cost is $12. Pre-registration is required. Call the chamber at 461-1694 for more information. n n n Everyone’s Federal Credit Union will be holding their open house 3 to 5 p.m. on Aug. 6 to showcase their newly renovated facilities at 505 E. Route 66. They will be selling $5 raffle tickets for the drawing of the Depot done by Sharon Quarles. Raffle will benefit the Tucumcari/Quay County Chamber of Commerce. For more information, call 461-0433. n n n Helping Hands Hospice is holding its 10-year celebration/ice cream social from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday at Lena’s Cafe. Everyone is invited to help the hospice celebrate 10 years of service to the people of Quay County, Conchas Dam, Clayton and Santa Rosa.
