4/20 Police blotter

The following is a sampling of calls received by Tucumcari Police during the past several days. According to the reports: April 17 • About 7 p.m. a woman in the 400 block of East Aber called in reference to problems with juveniles. An officer advised that he made contact with juveniles and they were ordered to stay out of the neighborhood. • About 5:30 p.m. a woman in the 600 block of East Aber called in reference to damage done to her property. An officer advised that “the pizza guy” hit the mailbox and both parties had come to an agreement for reimbursement. • About 12:30 p.m. a man called from Dollar General in reference to an unwanted subject in the parking lot. An officer advised the subject to move on. • About midnight a man in the 600 block of South Fifth Street called and reported his wife had been missing for three hours. Officers advised that the wife was at a neighbor’s house and had fallen asleep while sleeping. April 16 • About 1 p.m. a woman in the 1900 block of South Fith Street called in reference to unwanted subjects. An officer advised that the subjects were the new owners of the property.
